FAQs

Who can join?

Any adult aged 18 or over. We have men-only days (Tue, Sat), a women-only day (Mon) and an all-welcome day (Wed). Dogs are always welcome.

What does it cost?

There is a small annual membership. The shed itself is free to use during opening hours. Materials for personal projects are usually supplied by the member.

I don't have any tools or experience — is that OK?

Absolutely. Most shedders learn from one another. Come along on a Wednesday for a chat and a cup of tea and see what's going on.

Where are you?

Hut 65, Cultybraggan Camp, Comrie, PH6 2AB. The hut is a WW2 Nissen with over 400 square metres of floor space.

I can't drive — can you help me get there?

Often, yes. Get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange. Our members come from as far as Killin, Blackford and Fowlis Wester.

What hobbies do you cover?

A long list and growing — woodwork, metalwork, blacksmithing, leather, pottery, electronics, 3D printing, baking, bee-keeping, photography, ham radio, book restoration. If a few members want to try something new, we'll do our best to set it up.

I have old tools I don't need any more — can you use them?

Yes please. Drop them off at the hut or give us a call and we'll arrange collection.
